Sitting Posture

While you sit on your cushion, you want to practice good sitting posture for the maximum benefit for your spine and coccyx.
Follow these rules for a healthy back and spine.
- Sit up straight with your shoulders back. Your buttocks should be at the back off the chair.
- Maintain the curve on your back while sitting. A lumbar cushion can be used to help maintain the curve while sitting.
- Distribute your weight evenly. Bend your knees at right angles and don't cross your legs.
- Keep your feet flat on the floor
